The Maronites, represented by their spiritual patron Saint Maroon have a great history behind them. They went through hard phases throughout time; however, they never abandoned their faith and beliefs. They are a major section of the Lebanese religious, political and social mix, and are considered to be the largest Christian faction. A faction with a strong and particular impact on the scene of the events and conflicts that Lebanon witnessed before the independence until date. They're the Maronites of Lebanon. |
